MICAH offers ministries for body, mind and spirit including contemplative and silent prayer, meditation, spirituality, spiritual direction, and retreat center. The Family Practice and Integrative Medicine Center also offers holistic health and healing services including integrative, complimentary, alternative, and natural medicine, replacement therapy, natural healing, natural menopause, bio-identical hormones, and replacement therapy.

in rural Crookston, MN

From the north side of Crookston:

  • From U.S. Highway 2, north side of Crookston, turn east at Dairy Queen onto County Road 11 / Fisher Avenue, go approximately 4.5 miles
  • Turn Left onto County Road 13, go 3 miles
  • Turn Right onto County Road 57, go 3 miles
  • The MICAH site is the first driveway on the Right after you enter Red Lake County

From U.S. Highway 2 heading west toward Crookston:

  • Turn Right on Hwy 50 (about 4 miles after Hwy 32), go 2 miles
  • Turn Left on Hwy 53, go 3 miles
  • Turn right on Hwy 11, go 4.5 miles
  • Turn Left on Hwy 3 and cross the Red Lake River
  • Turn Left on Hwy 17 (first left after bridge)
  • MICAH is at the top of the hill on your left. It's the last driveway before you enter Polk County.
